War grad noch etwas verwirrt wegen der Starbreeze/Overkill Geschichte und kurz ne Wiki-Suche gemacht:

 

Overkill is a company founded by a number of ex- GRIN employess, including founders Bo and Ulf Andersson, as well as awesome music person Simon Viklund. Overkills first game was PayDay: The Heist and was released October 18th on PSN and October 20th on Steam.

 

On April 12, 2012 Starbreeze Studios AB announced that they would be buying the Swedish game development company Overkill by acquiring all shares of SLG Ever Screen.

 

Overkill is currently working on a new game called STORM, nothing about it has been revealed yet.

Dort kommt ja ne interessante Mischung an Talenten zusammen . Hoffentlich kommts auch mit ner guten Geschichte und nicht nur mit Fokus auf Coop-Szenarien.

505 Games mausert sich langsam zu einem richtig interessanten Publisher. Neben The Walking Dead haben sie mit ABZÛ und ADR1FT noch zwei weitere vielversprechende Spiele in der Pipeline.

Zuerst dachte ich mir, wozu müssen die unbedingt einen Reallifetrailer machen, wenn es eh The Walking Dead als Serie gibt, dann kam zum Glück noch ein bisschen Gameplay

According to the Payday 2 developer, it along with partner Skybound Entertainment decided to extend production on The Walking Dead so the title could “reach its full potential.”

 

The delay will also allow the team to pursue its original vision a step further.

 

“Together with Skybound Entertainment we are fully dedicated to releasing an unforgettable experience for fans throughout world and then continue to support it with high quality content in the coming years,”said Starbreeze CEO Bo Andersson Klint.”

 

A livestream providing insight into the development of Overkill’s The Walking Dead will be hosted via Twitch next week on May 10.

 

The Walking Dead was announced as in development back in 2014, and is based on the series created by Robert Kirkman.

 

The co-op FPS will explore new exclusive characters and storylines, and promises re-playability through a “unique and dynamic level system.”

 

Previously slated for release in 2016, the developers announced in January of that year the game had been pushed into the second half of 2017.

 

The most recent delay will see The Walking Dead release during the second half of 2018 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Da von den 4 Charakteren die beiden letzten Videos recht zeitnah erschienen sind kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es Gameplay an der E3 geben wird.

Im Entwicklervideo oben sieht man ein paar in-engine Einstellungen. Bin gespannt ob das ein gutes Co-op Spiel werden könnte.

Erinnert mich jetzt extreeeem an eine bestimmte Szene aus The Last of Us. Aber cool gemacht. Langsam dürften sie mal zeigen, was man in dem Spiel eigentlich macht. Soll ja schon diesen Herbst erscheinen.

Holy, geht recht zur Sache.

Finds auch super wie der schlurfende Zombie beim Shoppen überhaupt nicht stört, aber die Menschen sofort als Gefahr gelten ^^ .

 

Meine Hoffnung: kein reiner Shooter, Story co-op spielbar und ein ähnlicher Ton wie in den Trailern angedeutet. Mein E3 Hype-ometer steigt jeden Tag etwas mehr
