Vielleicht sollte ich es auch mal wieder auspacken.

Ich fand Nier Gestalt/Replicant seinerzeit auch genial ... einfach weil ich auch fast nix erwartet habe als ich damit anfing zu spielen.

 

rückblickend ist mir aber hauptsächlich der geniale OST im Gedächtnis geblieben...

Ich bin einfach vom spielerischen Part überrascht. Dass Art-Style, Musik und Atmosphäre überzeugen, konnte ich euren Posts schon entnehmen - und tatsächlich wird man diesbezüglich nicht enttäuscht. Aber dass ich hier spielerisch hervorragende Dungeons mit tollen Puzzeln, fantastische Text-Adventures (!) und wirklich sehr gute, im Stile von Platinum-designte Bosse bekomme, flasht mich doch ziemlich.

 

Keine Ahnung was die Kritiker damals gespielt haben. Jedenfalls nicht das gleiche Spiel, das ich heute vor mir habe, andernfalls sind die durchwachsenen Rezensionen schlechthin nicht nachvollziehbar.

Es ist ein Game das sich konstant neu erfindet und den unterschiedlichsten Genres seinen Tribut zollt

 

Aber es ist halt ein Spiel wo man genug raue Kanten (vor allem technische) findet, und einige stören sich mehr dran als andere. Ist aber definitiv etwas unfair behandelt worden. aber deinen Ausführungen nach ist es gut gealtert. Ob ich auch noch nen Run starten soll?

 

Noch einen Rat: Für das dritte NewGame braucht man alle Waffen, ist je nach dem schon praktisch wenn man zu Beginn ein paar davon macht (und dir NewGame+ willst du machen, glaub mir )

War das erste Nier auch von Platinum? Bin ein bisschen wie Killu - Bayonetta fand ich spitze, Vanquish ziemlich bescheuert. Revengeance wieder ziemlich genial. Andere Platinum Games kenne ich nicht. Aber Nier 1 habe ich gekauft, ca. 1 Stunde gespielt, grafisch und spielerisch für Sch....e befunden und nie mehr angerührt. Obwohl es ja erzählerisch aussergewöhnlich sein soll...

Nier Automata hands-on: weird, slick and with the potential to be one of 2017’s best

When I reach the end of the demo and the boss encounter ramps up from normal video game, into a little bit silly, into full-on ‘this is ridiculous’ laughing-out-loud territory, I realize that even with well-built systems this is what makes Nier special. As I repeatedly slap a gigantic robot about its face with its own torn-off arm I’m slack-jawed: this is stupid. This is brilliant. I love it.

 

It feels fitting, then, to close out my 2016 with a preview for a game that looks like it has all the makings of one of my favourite games of 2017. Don’t just take my word for it, though: Go download the demo. It’s out on PS4 now. The game is out in March for PS4, and is set to come to PC a little later on. I’m pumped. Roll on 2017.
