Nachdem in den letzten Tagen bereits Gerüchte um die Ankündigung zu Crysis 3 auftauchten, wurde die Shooter-Fortsetzung inzwischen offiziell vom Publisher EA bestätigt. Laut EA-Mitteilung könne man »das bestgehütete Geheimnis in Sachen Ego-Shooter« nicht mehr geheim halten. Mehr offizielle Infos sollen am 16. April folgen, wie Gamespot meldet.


Allerdings gibt es auch ohne die offizielle Bestätigung bereits erste, unbestätigte Infos zum Setting von Crysis 3. CVG zufolge soll der Shooter in einem stark zerstörten New York spielen, das schon fast zum Dschungel geworden ist. Diese Einschätzung passt perfekt zu den ersten Bildern, die zu Crysis 3 aufgetaucht sind.


Darauf ist ein Soldat im serientypischen Nano-Anzug zu sehen, der statt eines Maschinengewehrs nun allerdings einen modernen Bogen gespannt hält. Crysis 3 scheint damit das Natursetting von Crysis mit der Stadtumgebung aus Crysis 2 zu verbinden.


Crysis 3 war gestern versehentlich auf EAs hauseigener Online-Plattform Origin als Produkt für PC, PS3 und Xbox 360 aufgetaucht, inklusive Preisangaben (alle Versionen 49,99 US-Dollar) für die Limited Edition. Die Angaben wurden inzwischen allerdings wieder aus dem Online-Store entfernt.


Auf einer russischen Webseite ist derweil ein weiteres Bild zu Crysis 3 aufgetaucht, das den Nano-Krieger seitlich und von hinten zeigt, während im Hintergrund eine dichte Baumlandschaft mit Dschungel-ähnlicher Vegetation zu sehen ist.

Crysis 2 war für mich ja ein Flopp. Nach 2 Missionen hab ich abgestellt. Zu wenig Spannung zu wenig neues.

I finge, es xeht so generisch us wie eh und je. Crysis 1 hett jo irgendwo no Erinnerigswärt gha mit dr tolle Insle und em offene Gameplay.

Aber när ischs eigech konschtant bärgab gange, wenns um Kreativität und Eigeständigkeit gange isch.


Guet usxeh duets natürli, aber mini Gameinteresse hei sech jezz tatsächlech chli verlageret. Darum wirds wou usgloh. De viu lieber Bioshock Infinite und Dishonored, wenns was Actionlastigs söu si.

ich fand crysis 2 gar nicht mal schlecht, vor allem grafisch sehr beeindruckend. das originale crysis ist meiner meinung nach nicht gut, ich konnte die 1. mission irgendwie nie beenden, weil ich entweder nicht wusste wohin ich gehen muss oder ganz einfach die gegner mich zu schnell gekillt haben.


alles in allem wird crysis 3 wohl auch nur ein budget, da crysis 2 praktisch keinen wiederspiel-wert hatte (der schlechte multiplayer zum beispiel)

MP kratzt mich in so spielen nicht (im Gegenteil, bin froh um so Titel wo der Singleplayer noch was hergibt). Für MP gibt es CoD, CSS, etc.

Ich schaue in Crysis 3 garantiert rein. Teil 2 war leider fernab der Formel von Crysis 1, aber hatte z.B. beim "Krieg" um Ground Zero seine Momente.

Also ich freue mich wirklich. Crysis 1 gefiel mir damals sehr gut. Dieses Dschungel/ Insel Setting fand ich immer toll, obwohl im 1 die Bewegungsfreiheit deutlich geringer war als beispielsweise in Far Cry 1. Das Stadt-Setting in Crysis 2 gefiel mir deutlich weniger, aber durch die eingeengtere Spielführung gab es deutlich weniger Leerlauf. Einige der Gefechte waren dadurch unglaublich intensiv und mir gefiel deswegen auch Crysis 2 noch ziemlich gut. Man weiss zwar noch nicht viel über Crysis 3, aber die Kombination beider Settings (Dschungel und Insel) birgt meiner Meinung nach Potenzial. Ich wünsche mir auf jeden Fall offenere Level als in Crysis 2. Man sollte einfach die volle Palette an taktischen Möglichkeiten haben und das nicht nur in pseudooffenen Levelschläuchen. Ich bin gespannt was daraus wird...

Ganz am Schluss - :suspicious::ugly:

Die Engine leistet ja schon Beeindruckendes. Die Vegetation mitten in der Stadt sieht schön aus.

Der Titel wird nehme ich an nicht gross anders sein als Crysis 2, was wiederrum ein ziemlicher Downer ist.
