Da die Metro-Titel recht beliebt sind, hier ein Thread zu Exodus:

 

 

Update: Deep Silver has confirmed that Metro: Exodus will also launch on PS4 in 2018. The publisher shared some more details on the game. Like the previous Metro, Exodus stars Artyom, who is fleeing the ruins of the Moscow Metro with a band of survivors. Deep Silver says the game will be a "sandbox survival experience," with players exploring large, non-linear levels in a story that spans an entire year.

During Microsoft's E3 press conference today, the company announced a new title in the Metro series--Metro: Exodus. The title is coming to both Xbox One and PC in 2018. It's currently unclear if it will also come to PlayStation 4, but unlike many other games at the briefing, there was no reference to it being an Xbox exclusive.

 

For the first time in the Metro series, Exodus will feature an open world. The footage released during the conference shows the player-character moving through a collapsed tunnel filled with skeletons before emerging into the open world and fighting a mutated rat creature using explosive crossbow bolts.

 

The most recent game in the Metro series is 2013's Metro: Last Light. A website listing last year suggested a new Metro game would be out in 2017, but publisher Deep Silver later claimed this was just a mistake. Metro author Dmitry Glukhovsky later suggested that a new game could be in the works, but there had been no official word on that happening, until now.

 

Elsewhere in today's conference, Microsoft unveiled its Project Scorpio as Xbox One X. The console will launch November 7, and you can see what it looks like here. Metro: Exodus will feature enhancements on Xbox One X, which will let you play the game in 4K and HDR.

Openworld hätte ich nicht gedacht. Die Demo zeigt dessen Ende wegens wohl eher einen schlauchigen Teil des Spiels.

Das Spiel erscheint 2018 auf PC, PS4, One.

Hmm, scheint wohl etwas in die Richtung Open World zu gehen. Weiss jetzt nicht unbedingt ob ich das so brauche, aber könnte mir schon vorstellen dass das eventuell sogar funktionieren könnte.

 

So oder so, die Atmosphäre scheint wieder zum abschneiden Dick zu werden.

Metro Exodus erscheint etwas später

 

Der First-Person-Shooter "Metro Exodus" wird nicht mehr im Herbst 2018 für den PC, die Xbox One und die PlayStation 4 erscheinen. Im Rahmen der Bekanntgabe seiner Geschäftszahlen hat THQ Nordic bestätigt, dass sich der Release auf das erste Quartal 2019 verschoben hat.

Anfangs dachte ich mir nur so "wtf, viel zu "farbenfroh" für ein Metro", die Stimmung in der Nacht gefällt mir in diesem Game halt irgendwie einiges besser. 

Gut wirds trotzdem, keine Frage :circle:

Mhmm, an lauschige Wälder und Sonnenschein müssen wir uns erstmal gewöhnen - gab's in Metro 2033/Last Light wirklich nur bedingt.

Das Spiel wird im Epic Store erscheinen, kein Steam. muss ich mir einen weiteren Store installieren. Ich mag diese Entwicklung gar nicht... Origin,  Ubi Playstore, Battle Net Client, Gog, Steam etc...

Downloadgrösse (Konsolen) indes bei 53GB ... ich bin mal gespannt, wie gross die Festplatten der nächsten Generation ausfallen werden. Und ob's ne SSD/HDD-Kombi geben wird.

 

Und jo... das mit den Stores... ich hoffe, sowas hält nicht auch bei den Konsolen Einzug. Stell dir vor... Zusätzlich zum PSN brauchst noch Origins, Battle.net und Judihudi-Uplay. 🙄

ich verstehs auf ne Art...wenn du es im Epic store für 10$ weniger verkaufen kannst als bei Steam und trotzdem mehr damit verdienst als Publisher läuft gehörig was schief...
