http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2014-10-21-more-assassins-creed-chronicles-spin-offs-planned

Ubisoft is planning multiple chapters of its new Assassin's Creed Chronicles side-scrolling spin-off.

The only game announced so far, Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China, is being developed by UK studio Climax Studios and features Chinese Assassin Shao Jun.

Jun previously appeared in the novelisation of Assassin's Creed: Revelations and in Assassin's Creed: Embers, an animated epilogue for that game.

"We really liked the side-scrolling idea, like Mark of the Ninja, and we thought it would be a really great way to explore some of the other universes we've created," Assassin's Creed Unity creative director Alex Amancio told Eurogamer.

"One thing that's really cool is that every one of the chapters of this game will be in the art style representative of that era in time. This is why Shao Jun's game is like Chinese ink - very black and red.

"Once we have other characters and timeframes the art style will completely change to match that specific character."

A game set in Ancient Egypt - another highly-requested location - could feature visuals styled around a papyrus scroll, for example.

Amancio wasn't able to say how future entries in the series would be released - whether as expansions to Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China or as standalone downloadable games. But other fan-favourite characters may also appear, he hinted.

"I don't want to spoil the surprise," Amancio continued, "but the idea is that we have this rich universe - we're going to use it."

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2014-10-21-wipeout-co-creators-table-top-racing-world-tour-a-timed-ps4-exclusive

WipEout co-creator Nick Burcombe has announced Table Top Racing: World Tour - a timed PlayStation 4 exclusive.

Burcombe, who dreamed up the idea of futuristic racer WipEout with Psygnosis colleague Jim Bowers over a few drinks at the Shrewsbury Arms in Oxton, Merseyside, said Table Top Racing: World Tour is in the early stages of development for a raft of platforms, including PC, mobile and consoles - but it'll launch first on PlayStation 4 in Q4 2015.

Development is being led on PS4, Burcombe added. "With a long history of hit games for PlayStation over the decades, we feel that the PlayStation platform is our spiritual home and to make a return to console development, as an indie developer, feels like a dream come true."

World Tour marks the first time Burcombe has worked directly on a PlayStation home console title since 2007 PlayStation 3 game Formula One Championship Edition.

It's also the next version of the Micro Machines-inspired Table Top Racing series, which developer Playrise has seen substantial success with on mobile devices. The developers are using the Unity 5 engine to build World Tour, with four-player split-screen as well as online play a particular focus.

Der Mini-Skyline hat zwar schon was...

Aber trotzdem... verdammt :okay:..

Ist Table Top-Racer gleichzusetzen mit Micro Machines? Wenn ja, ist's doch ganz cool.

Kommt wohl in etwa hin.

Hab's halt direkt nach Crimson Dragon gezockt, was ja doch in eine ähnliche Richtung geht zumindest vom Genre her.
