ECHO is a 3rd Person Science Fiction Adventure for PC and unannounced Consoles, created by Ultra Ultra, using the Unreal 4 Engine

"After a century in stasis the girl En arrives at her destination: A Palace out of legend, a marvel of the old civilization eons gone, still awaiting its first human occupants. Out here, using forgotten technologies, she hopes to bring back a life that should not have been lost..."

In ECHO everything has consequence: As you try to wield its magical technologies it becomes apparent that the Palace has a will of its own… It studies everything you do, everything you are – to use it against you.

The Palace creates "Echoes", exact copies of you in every way, that behaves like you and only do the things you do. So the way you play the game shapes your enemy. If you run, soon the Echoes will get faster. If you sneak, they will get stealthier. If you shoot, they will start to shoot back. The game constantly reacts to your every choice and input.

The Palace "reboots" every few minutes, resulting in a blackout. This blackout-cycle is the rhythm at which the "Echoes" get updated with your latest behavior, learning and unlearning from your actions. During the blackout the palace is blind, giving you the freedom to act without consequence. This is the time to run and gun and do all the things you don’t want the Echoes to learn.

The experience is one of being up against your own choices from the last blackout-cycle, giving you a way of shaping the game from cycle to cycle. It is up to you whether you prefer to keep a low profile or if you choose to go and deal with the consequences later. -One thing is certain: You need to keep a cool head as you face the ultimate enemy: Yourself.

ECHO will release Spring 2017 - Postponed from Fall '16 to reach more platforms.

We will be showing the game at PAX West this coming weekend, so if you’re attending please come and try it out at the Indie Megabooth!

Für UNangekündigte KonsolEN?

Ein weiteres NX-Spiel? PS4K?

Sieht jedenfalls rein vom Artstyle her sehr interessant aus.

Verdun, the WW1 hardcore shooter, has finally made its way to consoles. This unique games is the only shooter available today that offers trench warfare in that setting, making gameplay very intense. It’s something other games won’t tackle, for various reasons, but it’s something Verdun isn’t shying away from.

Verdun has been available on PC for a good while now, and anyone who played it will tell you that it’s one of the better hardcore/realistic shooters out there. It features authentic weapons, uniforms and maps based on real world battles. It even supports the dual-render of weapon scopes, to make the experience more immersive.

The launch trailer above is made up entirely of gameplay footage, and although the game may not have the polish or cutting-edge graphics of Battlefield 1, it still looks pretty good. The PlayStation 4 version is available now digitally for $20, with the Xbox One following sometime later.

Klingt sehr interessant :circle:

While everyone is anxious to see more of Mass Effect: Andromeda, developer BioWare is busy working on an unannounced game that it hopes to reveal in some way soon.

EA Studios executive Patrick Soderlund was asked by GamesIndustry if the fact that many of the publisher’s studios are working on Star Wars games means that new IPs from the publisher will take place in that universe.

“We decided to take a couple of our best development teams, from the whole ecosystem, and put them on Star Wars. They could have built new IP otherwise, but the opportunity for us as a company, and for our development teams, what we can build within that framework,” Soderlund said, adding that developers are “so happy” about the opportunity.

BioWare, on the other hand, has a new IP in development that will be revealed soon, though the executive didn’t give any hints as to what we can expect. “We’ve been very open about the fact that Bioware is working on a new IP, and we’ll get to talk about that in the not too distant future,” he said.

“We have other teams working on new IP as well. I think it’s about a balance, right? Making sure that we continue to push what great looks like for Battlefield or FIFA or Madden – or Star Wars, for that matter – while continuing to invest in something new.”
