(SCE) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Kojima Productions, a newly formed studio by the acclaimed game designer Hideo Kojima, to develop its first software title as a console exclusive to the PlayStation®4 (PS4™) computer entertainment system.

Das erste Spiel wird konsolenexklusiv auf PS4 erscheinen. Will heissen dass es nebst PS4, wie gesagt, auch noch für PC erscheinen könnte. Konsolenexklusiv heisst, dass es nur auf einer bestimmten Konsole erscheinen wird, konsolenfremde Plattformen (PC, Mobile) aber nicht ausgeschlossen sind.

 

 

 

• Console Exclusive = Also on PC, but [insert console here] is the only console that the game will be available on.
  
• Console Debut = Timed exclusive. It'll be out on [insert console here] first, & will go to other consoles at a later date.

"Konsolenexklusiv" ist nicht automatisch auch eine Bestätigung für eine PC-Version. Diese könnte letztlich nämlich oder natürlich auch durch einen anderen Publisher erfolgen.

Was konsolenexklusiv heisst, war mir schon klar. Mir ging es nur darum, dass dies gestern bei der Nachricht noch nicht so detailliert war, wer jetzt mit wem anbandelt.

Ich dachte in der Pressemitteilung wurde ein bisschen tiefer darauf eingegangen bzw. erwähnt dass das erste Game Konsolen-Exklusiv auf der PS4 erscheinen wird.

 

Wie im Post weiter oben hat sicher Sony den, sehr prall gefüllten, Geldkoffer ausgepackt. Wer da nicht zugeschnappt hat wird's bereuen...hoffentlich

Kojima durfte sich wohl aussuchen, mit wem er das nächste Game machen will. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass ein Publisher den nicht haben möchte .

 

Für mich persönlich einfach aufregend, dass Kojima wohl dem AAA-Kuchen weiterhin angehören wird und das er ein Game machen kann, welches nicht Metal Gear ist. Wird toll
